Host & Stay - Staffordshire Hideaway

Great location

Unfortunately none of the windows in the property opened this was reported the Friday on arrival and after finally a maintenance man turned up on the Sunday, yes should have been the Saturday,who said they were not going to open as units had failed and asked if we had fans 😞. Due to the weather being warm we decided we couldn't take another night and left. It's now 3 weeks on and I've had no feedback from host and stay , unfortunately this ruined our bank holiday and won't be using them in the future

Nice appartment good location a bit difficult to find

Shower wasn't clean,toilet seat loose and moving about,overall thought the apartment could have been cleaner

In the center of everything, all the amenities you need

Showerhead could do with a good clean, two single beds pushed together instead of a large double

The location once found was good

Attention to detail is dreadful. It could be so much more!

It was in a good location and just what we were after for a weekend away.

It was noisy. No fault of the apartment itself but we could hear the kids upstairs running about constantly, crying in the night, waking us up early in the morning. Loud bangs etc. It was only peaceful when they went out or were in bed! Floor needs to be reinforced.

great location, central but quiet, a modern little place to stay in.

The outside furniture needs some tlc, it was rusted and dirty. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work, nor did the light in the mirror. There was a dirty towel left in the vanity unit.

Excellent location, good facillities, had a great stay.

There was only one side plate, could have done with a few more.
