Location and size of condo

A little loud surroundings. One night another renter was extremely loud with numerous people in and out until after 4:00 AM. The owner made them leave the next day which was great! I was very appreciative of their quick response. They also dropped off a few items I mentioned would be nice to have.

"Just an okay stay."

The location is great. Calm neighborhood and close to downtown.

The place smelt of gas for the lion share of the trip. Parking is an absolute nightmare. You have to be very skilled to secure a spot in front of home. The space from the street The water pressure is intense and the temperature does not stay controlled warm for long. The floor boards are uneven. The bed felt like display mattress material making for an uncomfortable sleep. In addition to that the couch bed is also uncomfortable. The deposit is steep for such a supar home and endless house rules. I would not book again.

I loved how clean it was. The vibe was chill and Andre, the host was superb Perfectly located. In the heart of the ATL, this is a five star stay.

The ice trays were awful. Hahaha. But that’s all! Everything else was fab.

The neighborhood is cool but they have ring cameras on the door that can listen to anything going on in the unit or the other unit
