Dirty; wear socks you will see within first 30 mins dark floors only hide dirt. Unit pretty old and had to spray just for an inviting smell entering. The part that stood out the most is the host- very unfriendly and cannot patronize any business where basic service lacks. Be careful paying a security deposit- he purposely mentions not to send as a product/service to avoid the fee yet it is a product/ service on his end. Find a better honest way for everyone if deposit your concern not to charge the guest on top of that. Shower had ring of rust inside. Living rm chair stained just didn’t feel clean

Enjoyed the short walk to multiple community areas. Would stay again.

The people upstairs were up very late hours and you heard every step they made. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Location great! Even safe for nighttime strolling, able to walk to restaurants and parking free and available. Door locks and access easy with double protection and good lighting. Clean facilities, comfy bed and bedding. Tub is big and comfy with nice shower head. Kitchen well equipped. Big fridge and full oven with stovetop. Bottled water provided and coffee with creamer for first day! Smart TV is nice. Owner was easily and immediately available even with late check in. Issues retracting from excellent are not major, fixable, and provided to owner for revision.

Price was almost double the listed price when factored in fees. $177. Vs $301 for 2 nights Tub stopper not found because hiding behind things not used in vanity. Cleaning crew needs to place prominently on tub. Washer and dryer in hall closet would make the place EXCELLENT for long term stays.

It was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I was totally freaked out by sending $300 on a different platform, but I was grateful other people had said they got the deposit back so I sent it. I also got my deposit back after the stay was over.

Although there was a minor hiccup when we got there, it's encouraging to deal with someone who handles the circumstance professionally, so there are no burdensome consequences. Enjoyed the stay with my granddaughter. Andre's great.

Couch bed was somewhat uncomfortable

Bathtub/shower faucets are tricky to completely shut off water flow.

Everything is equipped, comfort bedroom and nice neighborhood.

Bad noise isolation, it’s easy to be disturb by the people walking upstairs.
