Great location and off street parking was very convenient. Very clean and less than a $10 Uber to variety playhouse which was our reason for staying here. $300 deposit was intimidating, but I did receive it back. I would stay here again.

"I did not enjoy the stay but it was not terrible to say the least"

- apartment style -decently priced

-300$ is absurd for one night of staying. -shower hose sticking from wall -creaky floors -hard to find -lawn service blew trash and grass all over my car - you’re better off just getting an airbnb or standard hotel

The interior was cute

The host asked us to pay deposit before mentioning, and charged more because of “extra” time spent on “cleaning. Whilst I have removed all my trash, bin. And for 5-6days cooked once, obviously there would be cups and kitchenware in the sink. Stayed at the place for only to sleep as we had 12 hrs of jetlag. Needless to say, nothing was messy.! And i am an asian. We have culture to make sure to leave a space clean. I guess it was the “sink” but compared to a hotel, if they have guest staying for 5 days, without daily cleaning service at their charge, they should not deduct payment from the guest. Also weirdest thing, as if the policy “requires” - they would not refund my deposit until i agreed to deduction! Total nonsense! never book there. Its fraudulent activity also taking advantage of international guests without prior notice of anything! Worst experience on Booking ever!

The location was excellent. Coffee and even some chocolates were provided which was a nice touch. The property was very well kept and I would recommend this location and place to anyone.

I don't have anything negative to say about this place.
