BT 9 Granny Flat & walled garden

Great location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with a some milk/bread/butter, snacks and drinks!! Very unexpected and MUCH appreciated!

Great location and lovely, clean apartment/flat near University, cafes, supermarket, etc. We really loved this place and would love to stay again. Host is very nice; it was lovely to get a food box with goodies when we arrived; milk , tea etc also provided.(I really loved the soda bread). Beds very comfortable. It was all very welcoming. Would highly recommend it.

She provided milk and bread and a few other things, and we bought some more nearby. It was fine. The apartment was quite spacious and had 2 bathrooms, which is nice with 4 people. It is up a long flight of steps, however, which was hard for me with a bad knee. That fact needs to be made clear.

We had trouble finding the place, but my husband and son finally found the owner at a slightly different address, and she let them go through her house to get to the apartment. BUT...there were 3 codes and sets of keys, which made the location very secure, but also very frustrating to get into and out of. When we were leaving on early Sunday morning, we couldn't get out the gate, and she wasn't home, and we lost about 20 minutes figuring it out, as everyone on the block appeared to be asleep. Be sure to get GOOD and clear directions!

Very homely, lovely hamper of goods left for us, bed was very comfortable, perfect location, close to everything, the property was very clean, Stephen was lovely and very helpful and welcoming and answered all of our queries very promptly

Location is good.

Need to lock 3 doors if not at home or at night. Need 3 passwords to access the flat. Parking is available but not convenient. Uncomfortable sleep due to heavy and warm duvets No dishwasher

Plenty of space and good facilities
