BT 9 Granny Flat & walled garden

Instructions received were great. Wide offer of groceries and toiletries.

Decor could be perceived to be a bit dated

Lots of space, great location close to shops and restaurants in walking distance, parking in the garage.

This place has a very distinct smell that we perceived as bad. The equipment is ok but if you intend to fry an egg and two pans are completely useless because either completely scratched or uneven it makes you wonder.

Great location, secure and modern. Everything made easy upon arrival and departure through correspondence with owners. Well furnished with a lovely touch of a complimentary arrival gift basket. Nice wee garden area for sitting in the sun 🌞😎

We felt cozy and safe here. It was easily found and the location was great for us. The beds were super comfortable and the facilities were well suitable. we arrived to a lovely hamper and friendly hosts. the place was clean and tidy and we will definitely be back on our next Belfast trip!

Myself, my husband and our 2 kids stayed at BT9 Granny flat for two nights. The host was super welcoming and even left a little hamper for us, which was a really lovely touch. The flat is in a great location, with Tesco just a few minutes away, private garage, really nice decor and spotless. A special host is the wonderful granny next door, we loved our chats in the afternoon. We really felt like at home. I would definitely recommend it for a trip with your kids to visit the city and Northern Ireland. Thanks Stephen for everything! We will be back!

Perfectly positioned for our visit to see my daughter who’s studying at Queens. Set back off Lisburn Road so nice and quiet but moments away from good places to eat and supermarkets. Private parking was a plus and there was a garden although we didn’t have the chance to use it. A nice welcome pack of Irish products from the host. There’s a smart tv, Wi-Fi and the beds very all extremely comfortable, mum and I both slept very well. Communication with Stephen was great, he replied quickly and was helpful

Quiet and well located for our purpose. Owner was very obliging for a very late booking. If you need to access the city centre it is walkable in about 1/2 hr. Otherwise there are buses. Convenient shopping on Lisburn Road - particularly M & S Food store and Tesco.

Only one shower, which is next to one of the bedrooms.

the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A box of welcome treats was highly appreciated!

maybe 2 sets of keys would be good when a group is staying - this may already be available, but we didn’t ask!
