BT 9 Granny Flat & walled garden

The location was excellent and very quiet. Parking facilities were great. The kitchen and living area had everything we needed for a short stay.

It rained a lot!

The host was very accommodating and kept us updated. We were greeted with some hampers in the kitchen and they were wonderful. The room is quiet and cozy, perfect for a visit into the city that is only 10-20 minutes away on foot. Overall a fantastic weekend here in Belfast.

Great location for access into Belfast city centre and especially the fabulous Ulster Museum.

A little cold when we arrived, but the heaters soon warmed the flat up.

The flat was cold The shower as in the one of the bedrooms which means One couple would need to be up before the other couple could shower ☹️

This is our second time staying at the Granny Flat. As with our previous visit Stephen the host was in contact and is easily contacted. Stephen leaves a very thoughtful welcome pack, which is appreciated. The Flat is very Clean and tidy and has plenty of space for a family of four. The master bedroom has a generous size en suite and the double bed is very comfortable. The second bedroom contains two single beds which again are very comfortable. The kitchen has all mod cons and Stephen has it stocked with tea, coffee, milk sugar etc. The location is perfect a 20 min stroll into the City Center. The Granny Flat comes with a Private garage parking space, which takes out the inconvenience of looking for a parking space. There is also a lovely Cafe, Melrose Cafe, across the street where you can get a lovely breakfast. There are also restaurants and bars within a five min walk from the Flat. We would highly recommend the Granny Flat for a stay in Belfast City or as a base for touring the County.

Very comfortable, easy to find and great location! Host was very accommodating and allowed us to have a later check out and left us some treats upon arrival! Also very handy to be able to park car in garage! Accommodation was cozy and had everything we needed!

Great location. Easy to access just off the M1. Within walking distance of Queens University, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds. Great place for a family of 4 wanting to stay in Belfast. Highly recommend.

The Granny Flat is amazing. Our host Stephen answered messages promptly and was very accommodating. The Flat was very Clean and very comfortable. Stephen had left a lovely welcome pack of goodies and there was milk, cereal,eggs, tea and coffee available. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well equipped. A big plus for us was the Granny Flat come with a private garage space for our car. This was great as we just parked up the car and used bus or taxi for very easy access to everything. Within 5 mins to city Center this makes the Granny Flat's location ideal. I would highly recommend the Granny Flat and will certainly be staying here again. 5 stars from us.
