We highly recommend this apartment to everyone! Our stay was absolutely perfect, it couldn't have been better! The apartment is beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed and so much more-every single detail was thoughtfully curated for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing. A wonderful beach is literally just a couple of steps away, and it takes only 15 minutes to reach the restaurants, shops, and the pier. Lucca and Giovanni were incredible hosts! They were always available, staying in touch and helping us from the bottom of their hearts. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for this experience. We are left with the most wonderful impressions of Lucca and Giovanni. Thank you so much for everything! If you are thinking about booking this place, do not hesitate!

The best apartment I have ever stayed in Italy. The place is perfect - just a few steps from the beach and easy 15min walk from Bellano center. Bellano itself is beautiful and near the all Como atractions, but less crowded than other famous towns. Apartment is spacious, stylish, full of light and equiped with everything you could need during your stay. The main feature is definitely the balcony with lake view. Last but not least, the absolute highlight of our stay was our host, Giovanni. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip truly unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The host, Giovanni, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the area. Communication through Whatsapp was easy and quick. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The apartment is across the street from a public beach and next door to a running stream ... truly a beatiful location. Also about 1,200 steps from several restaurants, pharmacy, boat dock. Grocery store and bakery aren't too much further. Do watch the first step out of the building ... cars whiz by at 50 km/hr (just something to be aware of).
