"Perfect"

Fantastic place. Clean, nice facilities, good food and reasonably priced. Location is great too and very quiet. The best accommodation I’ve had in BiH. Owners were very welcoming and interesting to talk to.

"An incredible experience"

As a final step of my adventurous motorcycle journey in Croatia I needed a place to stay close to the city of Dubrovnik. I ended up in Zavala (Bosnia). I was welcomed by Anna & Teo, the hosts of Apartments Zavala. Teo offered me some "strong medicine" drinks and we right away had some interesting conversations. That's the beauty of traveling. Visiting wonderful places and meeting interesting people. Anna & Teo are lovely hosts. Talking to Teo was like talking to a very good friend. Anna prepared an exceptionally nice meal for us which we enjoyed together. Gazing at a panoramic mountain view, drinking some refreshing wine and having many pleasant conversations. When you want really special and high level accomodation, this is the right place. Nice view to mountains, tasty breakfast, big appartment - everything was correct. Thank you, we really recomend to stay here. And we enjoyed "domaca rakija" :)

"Hidden gem"

The owners went up and above their way to make our stay memorable. The place is a hidden gem next to Vjetrenica cave. Great homemade food just for your taste. You can't ask for nothing more.

Close proximity to Croatia. The room could easily be a room in 5 star hotel. All spotless and very well thought off. Beautiful rich breakfast.

The best place we have ever been with incredible view and such amazing history. Thank you Ana and Teo for took care of us in every single thing (talks, atmosphere, delicious food and wine). It was such a pleasure to met you and spent time with you. We just back to home and planning next trip which we suppose come back to Zavala soon. P.S. I am preapring things for quads and motorcycles - I'm not joking ... ;) best regards from rainy Poland - Maria and Łukasz.
