Quiet Victorian flat, Gloucester Road, fast wifi

La ubicación y que es muy confortable.

La limpieza de la escalera de acceso. Y solo limpian por encima. Descubrimos debajo de los cojines del sofá mucha porqueería. Lo limpiamos nosotros mismos con la aspiradora.

Hard to find at first ,steep stairs to apartment

We liked the location, close to on road free parking. Close to city centre. Excellent amenities within apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

There were raised nails on the floor in bedroom which were a hazard.

We stayed here for two weeks. We had everything we need during our stay; convenient location, nice cafes around, well cared home, problem solver personnel🙏☺️ thanks for everything…

It took us a while to use the features of this apartment. It had plenty of space.

We could not find the washing machine. After a few messages we found it but could not work it. We had already walked to the laundry shop and spent 40pounds on laundry. The steps were very steep for us with large suitcases to take up.

Location

Whilst inside the flat was clean - some of the fittings were broken (i.e. two bedside lamps in the smaller bedroom). The entrance hallway leading to flat was however filthy, appreciating it is shared but it really let down the whole experience of staying there (i.e. dust, dirt and a used Q-tip on the stairs right outside the entrance door).
