Great being on Gloucesters for restaurants bars and shops

Great communication, easy check-in, and a nice, spacious flat that’s well-equipped. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the city center is just 10-15 minutes away.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The curtains, walls, and doors were dirty, and the artificial plants and mirror were covered in dust. The main bedroom can be a bit noisy, but that’s expected given its location on a busy road. Additionally, the stairs leading to the top floor were very dirty as well.

The apartment is large, and well-proportioned, the kitchen well-fitted out, and all very clean, the bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. There is great TV in the lounge. Central location and supprising not that noisy.

Car parking is not great.

Location for us was great as lots of restaurants in walking distance but this was the only positive.

The property is very dirty. Marks on all the walls, stains on the curtains, dust and hair all over the place. It really needs a thorough paint job and deep clean before more people stay. Plus someone had obviously been smoking in the apartment before we came which wasn't a nice welcome.
