Quiet Victorian flat, Gloucester Road, fast wifi

Excellent location, great apartment, good amenities Excellent nights sleep, very comfy and surprisingly quite despite being on a busy road.

Needs another comfy chair as its for four people and only three seater sofa in property. Wasnt as clean as it could be, decore needs a refresh as walls , doors and stairs marked and grubby looking which is a shame. Stains on pillows and duvets! Had a few issues with codes to access the building but these were resolved with a phone call. If these things were addressed I would give it 5 stars

We booked this flat late because we were let down by airbnb! Well located near to the cricket ground On street parking - lots of restaurants No key / code access ok when you got used to it Nice spacious rooms - great TV, could log on to own accounts, good kitchen The hosts were very helpful with a late check out when it was raining on our last day. That meant we met the friendly cleaning crew

Beds were futons which were comfy, but way to low. There were distracting tech that flashed lights in the bedrooms The smart stuff was a nuisance. There were no written instructions. We could not get heating in the bedrooms to work effectively, and needed the remote to turn off AC (in April!) Too much marketing bs in their comms (we are checking in not using a boarding pass), not a proper house manual

Clean and comfortable, and a good nights sleep. All essentials provided. The location was perfect, next to a lot of good independent restaurants, cafes and shops.

The "smart" system was a bit hit and miss for us, wasn't working when we arrived and was in and out for the weekend.

Very nice, clean and comfortable flat. The facilities were great.

The parking was a nightmare… took 30 minutes to find a space the first night and then 45 minutes to find a space on the second night.
