I had take a complete flat but 3 members were not allowed to stay nobody came and took care of the property. They didn’t provide basic toiletries

Location is excellent. And room satisfied the requirements

We were asked to make full payment during checkin which is not the case in other places. Had to follow multiple times for room service like water and cleaning. Kitchen could have had utensils for basic cooking

"Superb"

The property is in the prime location. Easy access to public transport, shops, temple and also few kms from the beach. Also, as its a 1 BHK, you get the feel of staying at home than being in a hotel. Overall I would rate 9/10.

"Poor"

All amenities are present, but the staff is exceptionally rude and lacks professionalism. Our booked 1bhk had a leakage issue on the check-in day, and despite the inconvenience, they didn't provide another room. A sleepless night ensued for us, including a three-year-old and a one-year-old, due to flooded floors. Our belongings were damaged. They changed our room the next day but insisted on further changes without considering our stress. Additionally, they asked us to check out before 12, a behavior I've never encountered in any hotel. Avoid this stay due to the extremely unpleasant and disrespectful behavior of the staff.

"Overall a fine, stay."

Convenient location, comfortable stay. Everything required was available.

Cleanliness. The floor felt a bit sticky, bed linen was a bit unclean, the chairs were not clean as well.

"good for short travels"

rooms are spacious, Neat, and clean. Good location Parking available

TV channels are not there . YOU have to subscribe or log in to your account to view Netflix, and others on TV. Would be better if they provide DTH. No Breakfast option is available
