Season 4 Residences - 1BHK furnished apartments (near Apollo Proton, Tidal park)

The apartment was well equipped and clean. They provided, fridge , washing machine , AC, gyser, microwave, electric kettle, induction. Plates, spoon, fork anf knife And sturdy well structured dying table. The best part was the mattress. Best mattress till date I have seen at a rental or hotel. Ample amount of cupboards and space to keep clothes, shoes. They even had a broom and mop for your help if needed. Last but not the least Mani from the reception was quite helpful Hdfc atm on the ground floor

Bathroom did not have a exhaust. Extremely important. It had a window but that was not enough. The cleaning staff comes once in 3 days but it cleaning was no upto the mark. No cooking utensils provided. If you want to cook you got to get them. No soap to wash plates and spoons provided.

The staff were bot available during the second half of the stay resulting in 1. No housecleaning 2. Lack of services

Thanks to Management for flexible checking in and out. Near Thiruvanmayur bus depot, which connects most of City places.

The loud music whenever the lift gets operated. No breakfast or no room service.
