Season 4 Residences - 1BHK furnished apartments (near Apollo Proton, Tidal park)

Late-night check in issue as the manager didn't pick up the phone despite calling 20-25 times. As I come from the northern region of India, I sometimes face language barriers in this area. Therefore, I kindly request the hotel management to ensure that their property is clearly marked on Google Maps and Ola Apps Map, so that guests can easily find their way, especially during late-night hours. Once this improvement is implemented, I will be able to provide a more accurate and positive review for the hotel.

The staff was very nice. They waited for me even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 1am. The place has potential but the apartments are extremely basic to the extent that there was not even soap to wash the hands! The apartment smelled so bad to moth balls that I barely slept the first night. I was going to leave and find another hotel. I have never ever done that in any place and I have been in very basic places. But the smell was horrible and the lack of basic stuff like toilet paper and soap. The next day just as I was with my bag about to leave the staff took me to another room and provided soap and toilet paper. So I guess you have to ask. After that, the stay was better. The other room may have not been locked long enough to keep the concentrated smell to moth balls. Intense experience! Wifi works fine.

The apartment has potential but it is not equipped. They offer a kitchen but not a single pan. When asked to borrow one they asked me to buy one in the shop. The stay would be much better if they could offer some minimum standard things that would make someone decide to stay here. Without an equipped kitchen it is a better ide to just go to a hotel. There are some very nice cheap hotels in the area. The area is crazy busy with traffic.

It's 1BHK, and Size is good. Neat location, easy tk reach. Silent rooms. Good staffs.

Bed sometimes feels rubberish. Ac won't cool below 20, even it's showing 16, it won't cool like that. No ventilation in bathroom. Wifi gets switched off at times.

No break fast , cud be rated better if break fast is provided
