El apartamento es muy acogedor y está muy bien situado. Está completamente equipado, bastante más de lo que suelen estar la mayoría de apartamentos. Cuenta con muchos detalles que te facilitan y te hacen agradable la estancia. Déborah es una excelente anfitriona, nos ha proporcionado mucha información sobre Bolonia, nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado y la comunicación con ella ha sido rápida y fluida en todo momento. Estamos muy contentos y sin duda alguna si volvemos a Bolonia volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Друге ліжко диван не пристосоване для ночівлі, застаріле та тверде. Після ночівлі на такому дивані боліла спина. Апартаменти маленькі, поруч італійську їжу не знайдете , треба їхати в центр. Будьте готові ще віддати хазяйці 36 євро додатково за туристичний збір і гараж . Ключі шукали по підказкам та відео, припаркуватися поруч важко через ремонти. Зранку все відкривається з 11 години.

Everything was fine. It is a clean, cozy, one bedroom apartment with all the necessary amenities for small families. Nice neighbourhood, close to the city center.

The apartment is really nice, it has everything needed for a few days vacation. The host is really generous, she provided us with all the information in advance. The location ia great, we walked to the city center. I would recommend booking it :)

The sofa was less comfortable for sleeping but all sofas are.

It’s approx. 15 min walk to train station. 20-30 min to the city center. Near grocery store. Good wifi. Kitchen in the room with complete utensils. Got some free small sweet and savory packaged snacks and 1 big bottle of fresh water upon arrival. Good communication with Deborah.

Really nice breakfast basket and the host Deborah was really communicative before, during, and after the stay. She provided a vacuum cleaner upon request (for us to vacuum suction our travel bags) and provided nice restaurant recommendations!

The apartment was extremely clean and newly renovated . The host is very responsive and reachable.

The flat is too small for 4 people and the sofa is quite uncomfortable. The location is 30 minutes on foot from piazza Maggiore, so not in a very central location

Travelling for work, working at the Bologna Fiere, the location was perfect for this as it was a short 5 minute walk in to the conference centre, there is a Eurospar just over the road from the property if you need any amenities while you are there.

As it was a trade show, the availability of taxis can be hit and miss, however the local bus service is very good and will get you to most places

The appartment was clean, nice, comfortable and in a relative new building that was located in a pleasant area with a lot of green

It is hartwarming that our host Deborah gave us hints on what busses we could take, leaving the (Marconi monorail) station but... we took the 25 ... in the wrong direction ! :-) So Deborah: indicate what direction the bus should be taken ;-)
