Good location and a very kind and service minded landlady.

The location is very good, 5 min walk from the conference/event center. The building is in the very quite and nice pedestrian area. It is not far from street parking locations, but we still needed to carry our things to the doors. The apartment is in a very good condition and nicely decorated. It is a bit too small, but enough for 3 adults to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Some sweet snacks as welcome gesture were nice. The host is very pleasant, helpful and carrying, always available. I think it is a very big plus. And many thanks to Deborah once again for her attitude.

Nothing special to mention. Just maybe it would be better to reduce the amount of different things like cups and clocks and other decorative items, because they are too many in already small apartment :)

The host was very helpful, sent us recommendations for restaurants and other places to eat. She left us complementary biscuits and coffee in the apartment. A very nice stat

Cozy apartment not far from the city center.

Parking is in the other building quite far away. There is no way to get to the apartment in a car nearby, so if you traveling in the car and decide to leave it in the parking, you will need first to park somewhere to get the keys from the parking from the apartment, then go to parking, and then get all your luggage from car and parking by hands for about 5-7 minutes walk, same story when you are moving out. Not a very pleasant experience.

Very good location - great restaurants around, supermarket just across the street, 15 mins walk to the center; great owner - very helpful and responsive and nice surprise at the arrival (a bowl full of some snacks and sweet)

Good standard for a fair price. Nice communication from owner. Kitchen has a lot of useful accesories.

Some stuff already deserves to be replaced. The shower box should be replaced. The main bed is already overlayed, so you are sliding towards the middle of bed. The sofa is quite unconfortable.

The location to the Ducati Museum is why we decided on this property. It’s very convenient. The grocery store across the street was nice.

No complaints.

Deborah (the hostess) welcomed us with something to eat as soon as we arrived. The apartment is spacious, it faces a green garden and is near bus stations. WiFi was great, hot water, clean towels, 2 TVs. The kitchen and the bathroom were more than fully equipped! Just home! Deborah was always willing on What's up to make us feel comfortable. She proposed for dinner, pizza.. near the neighborhood and downtown. We were very lucky to stay at her apartment! She even took care of our luggage on last day, so we would not carry them downtown and then go to the airport. She also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Please don't hesitate to book her apartment!
