A clean and compact apartment, well equipped kitchen. A supermarket nearby. The owner provided some basics when we arrived which was really nice. They allowed us a late check-out too.

A bit of walk to the city centre, but not too bad. There is always bus as an option.

Rooms are very small

Location - great! Close to a lot of bus stop, easy to get to the central station, next to supermarkets and restaurants Communucation - amazing, the host responded in minutes and helped with every problem The apartment is very well equipped, sunny, spacious, with lift, internet, TV and as on pictures. We were welcomed by sweet and salty snacks gifted by Deborah and even chocolate bunnies for kids because we stayed during Easter :) And the last but not least the price is very reasonable so we really recommend to all visiting Bologna.

Well equipped, great host - awesome communication, lots of info, very forthcoming, responsive (we needed help to sort something out and she replied right away), refreshments / snacks upon arrival were nice :)

It had everything we could find in a house. The place we stayed was very clean. We were able to stay comfortably even with the baby.

Deborah is really helpful and nice host, contract was perfect. The apartment was clean, the building is nice, in a very quiet part of the city (around 30 minutes from the city center on foot). Close to the shops

The accommodation was very clean and located in a very good location. The owner was very helpful in communicating with us and giving us useful information. We were welcomed by a welcome pack full of goodies and fresh water. The kitchen was fully equipped and toiletries were also available. I recommend this accommodation.
