"It was pleasant, needs a little more attention to clean non visible area (under bed) and ceiling"

7.0

It was relatively clean and easy to check in

Under the forniture is very very dirty, under the bed there were clothes and stuff from previous guests. Lots of spider webs on the ceiling. They didn’t provide enough bags to collect trash for a longer stay, so the place started to smell bad

Good sized room and very nicely furnished Beautifully comfortable bed and linen V nice shower room Perfect for single or couple, had pretty much everything needed Easy to find the shops Excellent location for Engineers House (10min walk) and Clifton bridge (15mins walk) Easy for buses I cooked every night and found all I needed except scissors. Prompt reply messaging from the letting team, and I was grateful for prompts when I missed an action I needed to do

Minor comments:, blinds leave some gaps around edges which people can see in when you have the light on - just to be aware of if changing Just need to be aware that the steps down to the studio are quite slippery when wet, unless you are wearing grippy shoes. Stone. There is a good handrail.. Upstairs/surround flats were a little noisy sometimes which was funny because the rules for the flat are strict on noise... If you want to cook, take basics like oil, salt, etc

"Lovely location - ideal for a Bristol base"

8.0

Lovely place in a great location. Good communication with the hosts, thank you.

It was a little chilly when we got there (not to be helped - they obviously shouldn't heat it in between guests!) and it took a VERY long time to warm up (again, can't be helped, underfloor heating is slow) but can I recommend that they advise winter guests to prioritise getting the heating going ASAP and explain how to do it?

"A good space for a short stay."

8.0

Good space for 1 person or a couple. Comfortable bed, and very well equipped kitchen (if you're a coffee drinker, there's a French press, so be sure to bring some ground coffee!)

Some minor criticisms, not enough to be deal-breakers, but worth keeping in mind, and might be helpful for the owner to make some improvements. The only mirror is in the bathroom, where you can't plug in a hairdryer/straighteners, etc. I found myself trying to use the TV as a mirror to do my hair. A mirror in the main room would be very helpful. The front door/windows aren't insulated, so a bit a of heat-sink. However, there is an electric heater if needed. Street light (directly outside) comes in through the blinds, as does the flashing of car indicators (the property is on a T junction), as the noise of the indicators. I habitually sleep with ear plugs and an eye mask, so this wasn't a problem. But if you're a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend bringing some.

"Nice stay."

Nice location and apartment.

Very few nice touches. Fresh milk would be nice. And more than three wine glasses.
