The property was not ready though I checked in late. The property was not clean. Under the bed it was very bad. I did share my feedback to them. No response

Location was great, perfect self contained apartment

We were very upset and disappointed to have no hot water or hot shower from when we arrived until 4days later when it was eventually fixed, we are expecting a substantial refund for the stress and trouble we had to go to visiting other houses for showers

lovely and clean

Very close to public transport, well appointed apartment, near historic Clifton College and other Clifton attractions

paid for 1 day at this appartment cant get in untill 3pm but have to leave at 9am so a maximum stay of 18 hours .Bed poor quality.fan very noisy .a few cobwebs and a few cobwebs on windows .adequate for a few nights stay.

The room is perfect and exactly as described.

When you book, during your booking and after you book you get alot of emails. Would be nice if the number were reduced a little :). Everything else is perfect.

We had a pleasant stay for 7 days .
