"Lovely modern clean apartment in a quiet area. Public transport very accessible which was great."

Location was great for access to public transport. Very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable.

A gap in the front door. As weather changed it was chilly. We put the ironing board in front of the door to block the gap.

"Very comfortable room in excellent location"

Blind fell off when I opened it on arriving. I reported it and a man arrived very promptly to fix it.

It is a lovely place to stay. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen facilities are great.

The shower hose leaks and could do with replacing.

Very clean. Location good.

The shower was poor as the hose needed replacing. The host must have known about this when cleaning ready for guests. In arrival in the dark we didn’t know where to find the keysafe and rang the wrong doorbell.
