Higher Greenway Annexe

We were completely blown away with the location, even in the rain the views were outstanding. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and catered for the whole family. I do not have a bad word to say about the annex and will use as a base on our house hunt again!

Lovely quiet position with super views over the Dart and next to some wonderful walks.

The view at the annexe is really special (the photos don't really do it justice). Even on a winters evening the sunset on the balcony was beautiful, and being able to stroll out of the door and go for a walk was a real joy! Great location, helpful hosts. Would happily stay again.

Unfortunately the spring mattress! It felt too 'boney' for me! I made a makeshift topper from one of the duvets, but I would suggest thick toppers on the single beds or replacing all of the mattresses in the appartment.

The views are beautiful, kids (aged 4 & 6) liked seeing the train. Annexe was just the right size for the 4 of us and our young dog border collie. We enjoyed the use of the bbq and fire. Very peaceful not many people around. Owners were lovely and know the area and my husband was happy chatting about fishing with Charlie. We had a wonderful holiday.

No negatives really, oven gloves would of come in useful and better bbq utensils.

Private and Fabulous location. Close to many nice locations, Brixham, Dartmouth, Slapton Sands,Dittisham and more.Accommodation had everything you need for short break.

Everything was very good.

Loved it, perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. Comfy sofas and bed was just right. Warm and comfortable. Welcoming host.
