It’s a spacious and clean apartment with comfortable beds with everything you need

Location out of Cardiff city, lots of restaurants and cafes. Lots of room in a two level apartment 3 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms

Minor irritants with some fixtures not operating, but requests were quickly responded to.

We enjoyed the massive space had, 2 floors, 3 bathrooms, large bedrooms both with ensuites and 1 had a walk through dressing room, great spot to put your large suitcases. We enjoyed looking out to watch the comingscand going of Cardiff on Windsor Rd. It was beautifully styled and comfortable. Wasn't to far from many places, a bonus. Plus having a secure carpark was terrific. I would stay there again for sure.

Just a few things did let it down for us was having to use the Klevio App. We had to download it before we left our last accommodation. If your travelling from overseas and don't have international roaming it will not work for you outside at all. Inside it will you once you have WiFi. Thankfully a staff member who we rang a few times gave us another option to get in and out everyday. There a few 1 or 2 things broken, in took photos to prove they were before our arrival.

Lovely top class apartment spacious and comfortable, location handy to the shops and walkable distance to the pier. If driving it is close to Cardiff city centre, and the castles.

Access to the Gym… as this is a third party gym and this accommodation offers free access to that gym you are dependant on the gym staff being available to provide access.

The apartment was really comfortable, the standards were high. Close to the city centre but at the same time it was situated in a quiet area. Underground parking, my car was secure, and the complex felt safe. The pictures of the apartment are a true likeness.

The beds were comfortable. Very close to the station. Plenty of space, great location! Great bathrooms. Attractively furnished. Good facilities. Very secure. Overall very comfortable. Huge TV!

Very nice place but the cooking utensils were very poor! They need replacing! Should provide enough dishwasher tabs for each day of stay, not just one! No dishwashing liquid or sponge. It was quite warm and the windows only open a little. We appreciated the fans! Parking space is very tight! App to enter was difficult to load and do initially. Took a lot of time to navigate all the requirements before being able to enter the apartment. Once done, it worked well, but a bit of a pain when you are tired from a long journey.
