Location, authentic

Upon booking this unit, I noticed that it was not advertised having air conditioning. I specifically asked before booking, in which I was told the bedrooms had air conditioning. The reason I booked was mainly for this purpose, also because of the location, close proximity to the beach. Upon arriving, the unit had no air conditioning and I was told the air hasn’t worked in over 2 years. The bedrooms were located on the second floor and it was very very hot. The fans provided not only were aged, but had a ton of dust, seems they have been used or cleaned in a very long time. The unit appears way better in the photos. The kitchen was very very small, the stairs to the second unit are not kid friendly and there was no privacy in the bathroom as the door did not shut. The unit is very small and sufficient for a family of 3. I was traveling as a family of 5, were we there for a soccer tournament and traveled during the months of July. It was extremely hot. The air conditioning was something we were looking forward to. When we talked to the owner regarding our concerns, he had no remorse and stated the air hasn’t worked in years. I showed him the conversation in which I specifically asked if the rooms were air conditioned and he totally disregarded the proof. We were unable to stay and had to find an alternate location. The owner refused to refund me for misleading me regarding the ac. This was a very unfortunate experience and I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone.

No air conditioning as stated, very outdated, very small, kitchen could fit 1 person comfortably, bedrooms located on the second floor, stairway is not kid friendly, fans were old and dusty and no ventilation throughout the unit. No privacy in the bathroom. The unit is okay for 2 people, who don’t mind being without airflow. This unit would probably be more comfortable anytime other than the summer months. Only one outlet upstairs worked.

The house is pretty and well decorated, comfortable for family with kids. It has a little terrace that is perfect for reading and eating outside
