Good location (close to many good restaurants & nearby parking lot) , comfortable, large apartment, 2 restrooms, nice kitchen, capsule coffee machine. Very nice host.

Perfect! No need to search for more. Best location in Catania. Clean, modern apartment. PERFECT mattress, almost like at home. Two bathrooms. Nice kitchen. A pleasure to stay here for 9 nights. Very friendly and helpful owner. Thank you Roberto!

Perfect place to stay. 2nd floor (3rd for Americans) but not really problem for 60 YO me. Apartment has everything you need. For longer stay you need washing service. There is one self service laundry nearby so no problem. All Catania's attractions are few minutes away from the apartment. We have been visiting other cities on the east coast by car and parked our rented car in guarded parking recommended by Roberto. It was very close to apartment. If I come to Catania again, I am sure I stay here again. Art related books and even poetry (in Italian language if you know it) is additional bonus you get. Much better than watching TV.

I liked everything, the apartment is very cosy, extremely clean, very close to the city center and. The host was very kind and helpful, he advised us on places to eat and visit in Catania.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is modern, clean and functional. Hopefully next time we will spend more days in this apartment. Check in and check out was easy and location cannot be better.

"Amazing stay in well designed apartment!"

Apartment is amazing! Very clean, quiet, spacious, and well designed! We were totally impressed. The apartment contains a lot of Sicilian decorations. It is also fully equipped with all useful utensils. Very close to the most of attractions. The host is very kind, responsive, and helpful. We were surprised by his hospitality (welcoming bottle of prosecco and delicious biscuits).
