Accommodation is shabby compared to the pictures. Furniture needs replacing. Beds very small and uncomfortable springs in mattresses. Great location close to centre. Parking close by reasonable.

Location was fantastic, however, cracked bathroom floors, furnishings a little tired, very very creaky floors, tiny shower and mattresses with clear feeling of springs

Where to start. On entering the property all looks ok. Living area is very small and for a group of 10 wasn't sufficient space to eat and relax. Most bedrooms ok, the twin on the 2nd floor isnt suitable as a bedroom - literally nothing in it apart from beds - no where to put clothes, no lamp, no plug socket. On our 2nd night we were woken by what sounded like pneumatic drill, turns out it was an issue with the water pipes in the house - the noise was unbelieve and kept us awake most of the night - completely ruining our last day as we were all too tired to enjoy it. On returning home i contacted the accommodation and was pleased when the acknowledged the problem and offered some compensation. They then sent through a 'contract' for me to sign in order to get the refund which stated it would be paid between 14-21 days, however payment has not been received and they will not reply to my messages or emails. I get things can go wrong but for me its about how the issues are dealt with, in this case customer service has not been good

Downstairs sofa was very tired and much smaller than it describes for the living room/kitchen especially with larger groups

Windows do not shut correctly. Quite noisy to sleep at night.

Great location, great property for a group of singles to stay together (good room configurations). Nice decor. Good information provided for guests.

It seemed a little tired. I think when the property first became a rental it would have been lovely but it was a bit shabby. Could do with a deep clean. Also there was a leak from the first floor bathroom into the kitchen through the ceiling. The living area would be rather crowded if property was at capacity.

Location is everything for this accommodation and must be why it demands the price tag. Easy instructions to get into property

Uncomfortable beds, noisy location, not enough seating in living room, a lot of stairs to drag cases up. Paper thin walls between rooms. No parking on-site when description said otherwise
