"Just what we needed"

House was just what we needed. Sofa isn't very comfortable but it didn't really matter. Code lock on the door was very confusing.

Not wheelchair accessible. Only bathroom on the top floor is in the bedroom so the other rooms had to share in the middle of the night.

Location to Chester city centre

1) We couldn’t get in using the key code as someone had put the latch down from the inside then they appeared to have left via the back door (which we eventually found was unlocked) 2) the person we phoned reference this front door access issue was pleasant but useless 3) the lounge was very small the photographs make it look much bigger 4) nobody got any sleep due to the noise from the incredibly busy duel carriageway in front of the apartment which went on all night. 5) a blind in one of the windows of the lounge was broken and hanging down. 6) the toilet seat in the down stairs toilet was loose. 7) parking was some distance away, there was no safe opportunity to stop close to the apartments to drop off provisions or bags. 8) there was no portfolio on local attractions or places to eat or visit or important info on local doctors or hospital (this has been the norm in other places I have visited) 9) this apartment has to have the most creaky floorboards I have ever heard in any property ever. Someone going to the toilet in the night would have woken everyone in the apartment had they actually been a sleep!

Multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and locations

Lack of floor length mirrors and plugs in some bedrooms. Could do with some touching up of plaster/ paint in bathrooms/ hallways.

Excellent location by Chester Market and multi story within 2 mins walk

Beds were uncomfortable - 9 of us stayed and all commented the same thing, mattresses need replacing, some beds had springs sticking up, others severe roll together
