The location was excellent and single beds are a great idea

One settee in the lounge area was in a terrible state, the other which presumably was a sofa bed sloped so badly it was most uncomfortable to sit on. The top of the coffee table was a disgrace and the rug underneath should be in a skip if it can’t be cleaned. One bed in particular you couldn’t move once you found a position to avoid the springs and the beds generally could do with new mattresses. Also the lighting in lounge not very good, only one lamp and harsh overhead lights so we had to bring lamps from bedrooms so we could turn harsh lights off (we took them back up when we went to bed). We did take photos but not on my phone so I can’t add them at the moment

The amount of beds and bathrooms on offer is hard to find in any property so close to many city centres. The beds were very comfortable. From what we saw, there was everything we could have needed for longer than our 1 night stay.

Because of the advance information, I felt slightly on edge to ensure we all followed the rules. As there were so many and I wanted to ensure my deposit was returned without forgetting them all!

my only critique was I didn’t get sent the code to access the property so had to call the team for help- they were super helpful, and we resolved ot quickly!

The location is fantastic and the communication from the host before the stay was good. The house was warm and there was plenty of hot water for everyone. It also felt very secure with the keypad entrance. Bedding and towels were lovely.

The house is looking pretty run down in places, the sofa is torn and marked and really uncomfortable, the mat in the lounge is filthy with chewing gum stuck to it, several light bulbs gone in the kitchen making it very dark. The beds are awful, not a single one of us had a good nights sleep and if they invested in some decent underlay the floorboards might not creak as much. The frying pan was unusable and the serving bowl is chipped and has a sharp edge, just a couple of examples of some really small things that could be easily rectified to make this a really nice place to stay. I also think a 10am checkout is a little early considering the property is obviously aimed at groups out drinking. I was able to book a late checkout for £30 but this feels like a money making opportunity to be honest. Disappointed in the overall condition of the house as it has so much potential to be great.

Adam was excellent from outlooks. Looked after us to sort TV out. Good space for 8 of us. Clean. Central location.

No full length mirror. No Coat hangers. Need some coat hooks near front door. Creaky floorboards.
