Apartments on Moray & Bath

Very easy to locate, the instructions to enter were excellent. Location was ideal in the centre of Dunedin. The apartment was very warm, clean and generally well appointed. Loads of storage and laundry facilities.

Only very minor issues. Some more cooking utensils would have been useful for cooking meals e.g. an additional pot, wooden stirring spoons. There were also only three forks which made hosting our family for dinner tricky. The soap dispenser in the shower wasn't working properly. Lastly, a very fussy point, the pillows on the bed were low and a bit lumpy. This was a shame as the rest of the apartment felt quite luxurious.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare location convenient if you didn't have a car as close to city center

Pillows were not to our liking, bathroom door handle fitting was not attached properly and fell off, stair well needed a vacuum.

Excellent room, very spacious and the amenities are all new and modern. The location is unbeatable, close to everything Dunedin central has to offer, in walking distance to all major attractions. The host is very friendly and communication is top-notch. I'd highly recommend to everyone.

We loved staying at this apartment. Roomy, modern, clean, and so close to the supermarket. We also enjoyed the coffee spot close by, as well as the Swan wine bar. Highly recommend. Plus, Dunedin is lovely.

The mattress had a spring you could feel, so it might be worth checking or replacing. Very minor, but you can smell a little Mexican food from downstairs.
