An Bothán-Cosy Cottage in the Cooley Mountains

An bothan Cottage in the Cooley Mountains is a beautiful cottage with modern facilities inside and breathtaking scenery. We loved it so much last week when we were here we had to come back before going home to Australia. Our host Caitríona had warm home made Irish Soda Bread and delicious Jam with milk and butter and welcomed us on our arrival. Communication with Caitriona was fantastic and we enjoyed the cosy warm fire in the evening Highly recommend and when we come back again we will definitely stay longer. 10/10

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais tout était parfait, très propre, la propriétaire était très accueillante et nous a fait un délicieux pain et de la très bonne confiture pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié discuter avec elle de sa maison, des balades, des animaux, Merci beaucoup à vous !

Le logement est magnifique. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Nous avons passé une belle nuit. Merci

Everything,you couldn't ask for more. The cottage was super cosy,well equipped and secure. The scenery around was breathtaking. The owners were so lovely and even had fresh brown bread,jam and milk for us. Highly recommend.

Loved the old Irish cottage feel with all of the modern conveniences for a cosy stay. The sun shone for us all day and then having the stove fire in the evening really was the "icing on the cake". The hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of useful tips for places to visit which we thoroughly enjoyed.

It was cosy and had everything we needed . We loved the scone bread and the jam - what a lovely touch 😊

The property was cosy and quaint for an overnight stay along our route. The freshly baked bread was such a nice treat and the with the host being nearby when we asked for something, was so happy to oblige and pop over!

It was a beautiful space, it had everything we needed and more, we will definitely be back, gorgeous surroundings and the most nicest hosts, the walk into the village was amazing
