The numbers on the shiny chrome badlock on the gate to the apartment was difficult to see in the dark whilst shining a torch on it.

Apartment wasn't clean

Beautiful little apartment with everything we needed for our family break. Clear instructions were provided to access the property and felt secure.

Nice little apartment, was clean and the key collection was easy, had everything we needed for our stay, free parking was available, I would stop again and recommend.

Lovely large spacious rooms, the main bedroom the bed was so comfy and the bath was fantastic. Very quiet to say was on a main road was very peaceful!

Little untidy on the walk round the side of the building, the small bedroom was rather dusty when I went to set up the spare bed and the fridge and freezer in particular could use some attention. Could also benefit maybe from a small dining table to eat at.

Spacious main bedroom. Good shower. TV and wi-fi as stated. Comfy double bed and settee.

Lisa did not think it was her responsibility to put the heating on before our arrival and there were no instructions on how to do so. It was extremely cold due to high ceilings, cold weather and single glazing. It did eventually warm up but there was little offer of help and no apology. Outside space untidy, uneven and dangerous. Broken patio door also dangerous and draughty. Front door poorly fitting. Internal doors didn’t all shut. Single glazing with condensation on most windows. Dreadful, synthetic bedding. Poor single bedroom which had bedside lamp but no socket near it. The floor in this small room was dirty as was the kitchen which had only been superficially cleaned. Inside the fridge, microwave, oven, cutlery drawer snd some glasses were not clean (couldn’t fit hand in to clean them).

Spacious, large rooms, tv in the living room and bedroom.. Place is located close to the Cotswolds and other beautiful and historical sites. Free parking is a short walk away.
