The main bedroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with an amazing stand alone bath Living area and kitchenette was well equipped and had everything you could wish for. The owners are helpful and answer messages in a reasonable time. Ample parking in the next road less than a minutes walk. Although on a main road, traffic noise wasnt an issue at all. I would/will be staying here again next year.

Was a little dated in areas but the owners have said they are doing it up in 2024. This did not put me off, or detract from my stay.

A really well presented apartment just a short walk from the centre of Evesham. Very handy for working in the area and secluded and restful. A lovely find and extremely comfortable.

The security lights were a bit full-on, but that's hardly a criticism. It's good to have them!

Size of the property was good. Some effort to renovate some rooms. The owern was helpful on the phone when we were trying to access the keys. Facilities were adequate. Bedding was good. S

Floor in bad condition (scuff marks, loose floor boards) in lounge and main bedroom. Kitchen equipment not all functional (extraction fan, no light over the work surface. No dining table/chairs. Stale smell on arrival in the property. GPS (car GPS and Google maps on my smartphone) unable to locate the property, directions should be much clearer.

Location, spacious, cool, well equipped.

First impression not good. “Garden” a mess, windows and doors very dirty. Inside was very clean apart from window frames which hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

The owners were lovely couldn’t do more for you.

Wasn’t very clean, which isn’t the owner fault it’s the cleaners but it looked and smelt like they didn’t do much.
