It was perfect location as we were over for a match so very close to stadium with a couple of nice pubs around the area

When we arrived to the property the code we had been given for the lock box was incorrect so we were stuck outside for an hour trying to get through to the owner of the property as it was late at night

place was spotless

Ideal location for Elland Road. Property was clean, warm, comfortable and easy contact with owner.

No negatives.

close to Elland Road. House well equipped. Quiet area. Easy for public transport.

Bath mat was wet through when we arrived so not sure it was clean. Sugar in jar had coffee lumps in it. Futon old and really uncomfortable.

Location was good for our intended purpose. Bedding was clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Home was left heated upon arrival.

Home has two addresses. Very bizarre. Although clean, there was cigarette smoke odour. Thankfully, the windows were left open when we arrived, which helped with the smell. There was 2 large towels when we clearly communicated there will be 3 adults. The place could do with some character. Add more furnishings and make it homely.

The location was a quick taxi drive to the centre of Leeds.

The house is In desperate need of some attention!!!! Kitchen cupboards grubby Inside and out, toast crumbs on the side from ?? Previous guest. Sofa stained and extremely uncomfortable. Bedding worn out, 2 of the pillows had no cases on them, wardrobe doors/draws broken. 1 small towel between 2 adults and 2 small hand towels all in poor worn condition. No toiletries or hairdryer as stated on the booking details. Wooden decking leading to the front door feels unsafe to walk on. I think booking.com need to assess the photographs and details supplied for this property. ...... Very disappointed.
