Convenient parking & close to city. The use of a washing machine.

Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations. The lounge furniture was nothing like what is featured on the booking.com profile; it is cheap & extremely uncomfortable! Likewise the beds are of poor quality, plus bedroom furniture is broken (I.e. the drawers in the wardrobe). The towels provided are also very poor quality & providing x2 towels for 3 adults is not acceptable. The vanity sink in the bathroom did not drain - perhaps that is why a jug was placed in the bathroom. Overall, if this host wishes to provide a pleasant experience for clients then he/she needs to give attention to simple things in this facility, including basic maintenance, that meets booking.com & client expectations.

The toilet was nice and clean.

The display or how the advertise the room on the website is way different, the living room has different sofas not as advertised, so is the display of the kitchen, they should please update their profile as it is very deceiving. One bedroom has no cupboard, and the other the drawers are broken, and they're no mirrors in bedrooms.

No hairdryers but in the facility description mentioned it’s available. The host didn’t respond to my enquiry. Overall the property condition is very outdated and needs refurbishing. Room wardrobe is broken.

The accommodation was clean and warm.

The accommodation was extremely basic and some of the furniture was broken (wardrobe in bedroom).

Property was a lot more spacious than expected

Unfortunately we timed checking in with a Leeds home game so struggled to park on the first night but was fine the rest of the time - that was just bad timing and not the property fault! The sofa could do with replacing - not very comfortable
