Great Location, just Infront of a subway station

All 3 houses not so clean, must wear a slipper instead of bare foot. One of the bathtub water came with yellowish colour, so terrible. We had to re-brush toilet bowl before use it. Kitchen a bit oily although we not cook at all. Whole property not a condo at all, more on factory building type.

We have stayed in many places in Beijing to visit. Our daughter who lives near CUC. This place is by far te best place clesest to her.Others are either tiny rooms or desperately need to be updated.
