"Superb"

It has been a great stay in this apartment for our family's trip to Beijing. The location is great, making this apartment a few hundred meters away from Subway station, a shopping mall, and a nice breakfast restaurant called Ziguang Yuan. The landlord is nice and communicative and offers much information and help with our stay. We will try to rent this apartment again, if we have another trip to Beijing in the future.

Nearby shopping complex is convenient to get to different food you like. Right outside tube station

For improvement: please provide mat in shower room or warning sign for slippery floor. My daughter fall in the bathroom straight after we put the shower on. Foreigner need to do self registration on arrival.

Location. Near the metro and shopping centre.

Unhygienic apartment and aging. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking as there are not enough kitchen wares and there are cockroaches. The bathroom has fallen apart especially the shower. The toilet is always blocked. Major requirements for renovations. Nothing is matching what is in the photos. The good thing is the communication between us with the owner and the location.

The atmosphere comfortable.When I arives there was a misunderstanding with the booking and staff was quick to resolve all issues, the staff is friendly. The location is great near subway and shoppingmall.The apartment room is very large and comfortable, and the price is very good
