Quite spacious, cozy apartments containing everything necessary for living. Transfer and car rental issues are easily resolved with the help of the owner. There is an underground parking space. The location is close to tourist places with a bus stop nearby.

Sometimes mosquitoes were a nuisance, even with a fumigator :-)

The house was spotless and very comfortable. The location is good, though it's about a 20 min walk to Funchal city centre for dining and shopping. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, one of the best I've slept in! I definitely recommend staying here. Also there is a garage and it's easy to park in it.

You need to walk 20/25 minutes every day if you have dinner in funchal center.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is nice and very well equipped. Even a bottle of wine, water and coocies were provided. Wine glasses were kept in first aid section in the kitchen. Host knows some things :). Even though there is a building site down the road the noise is limited. The distance to the town is not too challenging despite steep roads.
