great location at the Funchal Centre. bus for local travel easily assessible. automated self checkin made easy for our late arrival. airport pickup worked well on arrival day. information on local sights well explained

less toileteries - no washing powder to wash, not enough toilet papers and kitchen tissues. we had to wait atleast 30 mins to take hot shower. would have been better to have some salt, sugar and oil

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with all the shops and restaurants near by. Our host Carolina was amazing, she gave us all needed information, was available when we needed help and super responsive. We felt very well taken care of.

Superb location next to the cathedral Sé, center of Funchal. Very helpful staff, namely Carolina Teixeira was really nice. Easy to communicate with, also through Whatsapp.

A really minor thing, but I would appreciate a lamp by the bed that will allow reading. The one that is there is not good for it.

Carolina and Veronica are so service oriented and very helpful. We even got their assistance with other issues which don't concern directly to our stay. We definitely will recommend and will be back soon

Breakfast needs to be offered as part of the stay, but we managed with the coffee shop downstairs
