This condo is spacious, comfortable and clean. The location worked well for us and parking was simple. It was nice to cook meals together while traveling.

I felt frustration with receiving check-in admittance information. I presubmitted check-in time, and drove to the location. No one was on-site. I then had to phone to request key retrieval instructions. I feel these instructions should have been delivered through Booking.com upon check-in time. I would not have needed to drive over to "Check-in" as instructed. The kitchen was sparsely stocked, having only essential basics for cooking, it could use a bottle opener, spatula, and kitchen towels, drying rack. The double bed mattress has seen better days. It was cold until we figured out how to turn on the heater. A photo was sent to show the heat component, which was helpful, but no instructions on how to turn it on via the wall switch. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. Staying only 1 night, we couldn't launder our clothes and have them dry before moving on.

Nothing. Absolutely terrible

Everything. Boiler not working meaning bath and taps not working, Blinds broken wires hanging out of wall Noises neighbors until 3am with one of them revving car engine outside the door for an hour. Place is filthy and hobs dont work. For the price this host is asking, it's very clear hes using it as a money laundry. The area, state of the property its self and the disrespect of the block, booking.com needs to be careful verifying these kinds of hosts
