Beds were uncomfortable, microwave was sparking, shower was terrible

The host isn't very responsive. We didn't have any check in information until the very last hour. I have limited internet connectivity during our travel and it is ideal to have check-in information a day in advance to help plans the day ahead. I have to request for check in information several times before I get a response. The property was freezing when we checked in. We had to call the host to come over and activate the heater. Thankfully, the host responded quickly to this issue. The property doesn't feel clean, the floors sticky. The shower doesn't have a screen. The walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours movements. The beds need some serious upgrades. It is sagging, and provides no support. It feels like a "health" risk for my back.

The bed was comfier than expected and the price and free road parking.

Location, although close to town, is not pleasant for a holiday. The kitchen equipment was low, and the hot water was difficult.
