We liked the location, and the ease of collecting the keys. The apartments were clean and comfortable.

We rented three 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment had some issues with the appliances, fittings & hall way. The biggest inconvenience was that the shower door in one of the bathrooms could not slide preventing it from closing when the shower was used. It resulted in a very wet bathroom each time someone takes a shower. We reported the issues to the management. Although it was acknowledged most of the problems were not fixed during our stay. The carpeted hallway on the 1st floor from the lift to the apartment stank of urine. It needs to be deep cleaned badly.

I liked having a washing machine/dryer! Spacious apartment. The apartment felt secure and safe. Effective heating too.

A bit hard to find initially with no signage or street numbers.

Wow what a stunning apartment. Honestly it's so big. Only 2 of us staying but we both loved how spacious and the layout of the apartment it was gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable and kitchen had all items for cooking. Had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super freindly and helpful. Very close to bars restaurants and all tourist attractions which is fantastic. There is a lidl 2 mins walk. Where there is also a Tesco express too which has great. We will defo stay again in the future

Oswald Street apartment was an ideal location for me, right in the city centre of Glasgow. Everything you need is a very short walk away, restaurants, shops, train station all 1 minute walk away. Despite being in the city centre the apartment was very quiet which was great. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed to cook every night. Having a washing machine was great. The apartment was overall lovely and nice and clean too. Parking was free which was amazing as most other city centre properties and car parks I looked at charge £20+ a day. WiFi was great for when I was working from the apartment. I would recommend!

I was humiliated from the concierge of the building very homophobic just because nobody explaining where I can put the trash
