"Fantastic apartment with great location and staff ."

Staff at this apartment were so accommodating as we booked this apartment with very little notice. Stevie was very nice and met us at apartment and showed us around and gave us tips for nearest supermarket etc. Apartment was fantastic location only 100 metres from central station, 5 mins to the shopping area . Very peaceful area at night as we were in bed early a few nights but even though city centre we had no sleepless nights . 100% recommend this apartment . We were staying for 7 days and they came in midway and gave fresh towels and bed sheets and cleaned apartment fully for us which I wasn’t expecting as I had left it in a state as we had an early start .

We had a great stay. Location is super central, few shops and eateries nearby. Apartment was clean, bed comfortable, good WIFI, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

"Close to everything."

Location, space and use of washing machine. We could also check in early.

The lift was not working on 2 occasions and we were on the 4th floor. Difficult to find when we arrived and beds/pillows not comfy at all.

"Dreamhouse? Not quite!"

The location is great for access to all that Glasgow has to offer. Public transportation, entertainment, dining, and tourist attractions nearby.

1. Upon arrival in Glasgow, the facility manager failed to respond to my numerous phone calls. When she finally contacted me, she was very apologetic and coordinated late access to our flat. 2. A faulty door handle in our bathroom resulted in me being locked in. Thankfully, I was traveling with my wife and she was able to open the door from the outside. Management coordinated prompt repair of the handle the following day. 3. The flat was missing a kettle which management provided soon after being notified. 4. We were placed in a flat on the eighth floor serviced by only one lift which was disabled for 2 days. Management's response and consideration helped ease the added stress.
