Great location next to Central Station but not close to the bus station or Queen St Train Station. Clean and spacious. Secure with coded gate into complex then key fob into building then key to door. Lift access. Staff contactable by phone and prompt to assist if needed.

Apartment 2.3 Futon bed too low and not that comfortable. No tongs or oven mitt provided. One tea towel for 8 nights insufficient. No dishwasher. No dish drainer rack. No rail in bath with shower over bath which is not safe for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.

Size of the flat was huge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Excellent place at the very downtown of Glasgow, close to the central train station but with no noise at all.

Sofas maybe too low.

Location is great if you need to explore the city. Reasonably centrally located and has good access to Buses and Trains. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.

Facilities at the place. Bedding was atrocious, Wi-Fi was horrible

Location good , Steve was excellent on meet carried cases in then out on exit , flat is lovely but needs a wee lick of paint and new carpets as quite a few stains on it more so in living , lovely kitchen but dab filter needs cleaned it stinks of curry when you put it on , a wee lemon and bicard soda mixed might help , bed very comfy ensuite shower is fantastic, and final point my dog patch was made so welcome, thankyou for lovely stay (photo of sunset from King George Bridge , setting down at Kingston Bridge it was so nice I ordered canvas online

Could do with tassimo or some kind of coffee machine . Could do with some essentials like milk etc Wee treat pack for dogs would be good at price you charge . No soapowder and other things book said where in roam Finally fix top lock on door locksmiths aren't that expensive
