Noisy and smell of cigarettes from courtyard if window opened

The location of the place is satisfactory, however, the remaining aspects were highly unsatisfactory. We experienced a lack of service and encountered a putrid odor in the rooms, making it impossible to sleep on the beds. In fact, we had to purchase our own duvet in order to have a decent sleeping surface. Furthermore, the beds were quite small. Regrettably, we found that the overall value for the money we spent was very poor, as we did not receive any satisfactory amenities or services from the apartment.

The lack of service provided at the establishment resulted in unpleasant odors in the rooms, rendering them unsuitable for sleep. We had to purchase a duvet from an external source in order to make the bed somewhat tolerable. Additionally, the bed itself was notably small. The overall value for our money was poor, as we received no satisfactory amenities or services from the apartment. Furthermore, we were charged an exorbitant amount of £30 for the unlocking of our room due to accidentally leaving the key inside. The bathroom shower was also poorly functioning, with abrupt bursts of scalding hot water that resulted in injury to one of my family members. Given these numerous issues, it is evident that the apartment falls well below the standards of even a one-star rating. Despite the string of unfortunate incidents, our request for an early check-out and refund was rejected by the management.

The best factor of this property was the location. Location, location, location! In the heart of Glasgow city centre, a 2 minute walk to the central railway station and within a walking distance of anywhere in Glasgow centre. The staff were extremely friendly, from the check in agent and the regular cleaning staff who attended to our apartment. The cleanliness and attention to detail from the housekeeping team was excellent! Cleanliness is an important factor for us, and we were extremely happy with this. The apartment itself was large, spacious and modern. Equipped with all of the appliances that you would need.

In city centre, very secure property, close to rail station, within walking distance of river and museums . Very easy to navigate streets

There were a couple of vertical strips missing from the blinds in lounge and also the kitchen area toaster, microwave, knife magnetic strip etc were greasy. Apart from this the flat was very nice, and to have shower gel etc. supplied

It is just a few minutes walk from here to St Enoch Square in the heart of Glasgow. (And home to Time Square for a Full Scottish Breakfast.) St. Enoch is also a stop in the Glasgow Subway system, which gives you access to the rest of the city.

The apartment (like most places in Scotland) could get quite stuffy, especially on rainy days. I wish there was an electric fan available in the room to get some air flow going.

The location is excelente. The facilities are very good but my unit didnt have a washing machine with dryer. The size of the apartment for 2 persons are great.

The toilettries were limited including the coffee sachets. The size of the bed was not great.

Underground car park, although would not be relevant in the future, I will not bring my car to Glasgow again since LEZ, road diversions and alterations. Even though it’s an EV. Apartment was quiet as the windows overlooked the courtyard and not the street.

The en suite shower room, the ceiling bulb in the shower area didn’t work, and the basin drain was extremely slow. I thought it odd because everything else had been done since the last occupancy.
