Dreamhouse at Oswald Street, City Centre

The Location for the city centre is amazing and the staff is really kind and helpful Also it is a really secured appartment which made me feel more at ease

Really nice layout, mostly well-equipped kitchen, new cookware and it seemed new furnishings. Peaceful setting with a sense of security behind the vault-type door.

I don't know if they can change the water heater setting, but it was too easily dangerously scalding. The duvet was too much, too hot -- better to provide top sheets and light blankets as well as duvet, since not everyone is culturally amenable to the "Nordic duvet" style of sleeping. It would be nice if they provided real coffee, as they only had instant Nestle packets. Hint: coffee culture has been on the rise for decades, and those who like coffee do not like instant coffee. Please provide a French press or filter coffee maker, so people don't have to boil it in a saucepan and decant it just to have real coffee. Also, basic salt/pepper/olive oil would set someone up so they don't have to buy those things for just a short stay.

Apartment itself was very clean and spacious with amenities. Excellent location in city centre.

Corridors and lift outside of apartment were a bit smelly - stale cigarette butts left on the carpet by the window for the whole week I was there

It’s a nice place to stay.

The location was perfect and very convenient to get around from.

Had difficulty keeping the heating constant and some rooms got very hot while others were cold. We lost hot water for a day and so lost time in our vacation to deal with that.
