Millbrook

Lovely, lovely hosts who made us so welcome. Melanie even made us a cake. She also provided us with 6 of her lovely fresh eggs and some milk. All so very thoughtful and kind of her. We were shown around their extraordinary garden in which both Bill and Melanie work very hard. A lovely stay and can certainly recommend it.

The only thing I didn't like was the very narrow lanes, but that's Cornwall.

I was going to The Helston Flora Day for the first time and Millbrook was the perfect place to stay. The property is in a beautiful garden and Melanie was so happy to show me around. She and her husband have created a wonderful space , so tranquil and peaceful. The accommodation was lovely and Helston’s Flora Day was amazing. A perfect place to stay for exploring the area around and beyond.

We had a fantastic stay at Millbrook, thanks to our wonderful hosts, Melanie and Bill. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with a thoughtful introduction that made us feel right at home. The rental itself was clean and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Millbrook's central location is ideal, surrounded by endless attractions and activities. We highly recommend this getaway to anyone looking for a delightful escape. A solid 10 out of 10!

Melanie and Bill are wonderful hosts. They make every effort to make us feel welcome. Melanie picked us up from a car park at a nearby supermarket. But the description one receives with the booking is brilliant so it would be actually not necessary. Arriving at the place there is cake prepared for us. We even got eggs from the chicken they have at the property. The place has a huge garden. It is actually a park. It is very tranquil far away from any traffic. It is paradise. Melanie and Bill are very knowledgeable about the area and are full of ideas on what to visit and what to do in Cornwall.

Our stay was way too short.

Ruime woning, met heerlijke stoelen in de woonkamer, grote keuken. Mooie tuin met nandoes. Erg gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaren. Er was geen wasmachine, maar de gastvrouw doet de was voor je en je krijgt het keurig droog en gestreken weer terug. Goede locatie om zuid Cornwall te bezoeken. Goede wifi
