Apartamento El Duque

El alojamiento es muy cómodo en general, tanto para entrar y salir como de mobiliario y distribución de vivienda

No puedo decir nada negativo

Una estancia excepcional, todo un acierto el apartamento, es muy bonito, acogedor, muy limpio, tiene de todo y Teresa que es un encanto te deja todo lo esencial, especias,aceite,sal,azúcar,café, aseo para la ropa etc...no falta de nada. La ubicación es de 10,cerca de todo a escasos 5 minutos, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios, el albaicin, sacromonte, la catedral, el Realejo.... Rodeado de plazas con mucho ambiente y bares para tapear. Me ha encantado el viaje, el alojamiento es de 10 y tener parking aún lo hace mejor, metes el coche en el garaje y te olvidas ya que aparcar en esa zona es misión imposible. Teresa muy atenta y pendiente si necesitabamos algo, nos aconsejo para ir a comer y demás dudas que podíamos tener. En resumen lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda volveré a este apartamento. ya tengo mi alojamiento favorito

No tengo ningún pero, todo perfecto.

Excelente ubicación. Todo muy ordenado y limpio.

Valoro muchísimo el equipamiento de la cocina. Había de todo, sal, azúcar, aceite, especias. Además, nos dejaron cafés y unos bollitos para el desayuno. El baño no es muy grande pero también estaba super equipado. Hasta plancha de pelo tenía! Y la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Un plus tener un parking incluido, pese a que estuviera en otro edificio.

Leve olor del desagüe en el baño pero todo lo demás lo compensa

Everything. The location is great, the place is clean, modern and well equipped.

The directions on how/were to park. The parking is in a diferent building. It was a bit frustrating at the beginning, but after finding the Parking place, it was easy.

The location of this apartment is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of Granada, in one of the liveliest and most vibrant areas of the city. It’s perfect if you want to be within walking distance of everything: tapas bars, historical sites, shops, and local cafés are all just steps away. That said, because it’s such a central and active area, it can get a bit noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper or someone who prioritizes silence for rest, this might be something to consider. However, it didn't bother me personally — I found the energy of the neighborhood to be part of its charm. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very well-equipped. It has everything you need for both short and extended stays — a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the basic amenities are provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. I think it’s a great choice especially for travelers planning to stay in Granada for more than a couple of days, as it offers comfort, practicality, and an authentic city experience.
