Apartamento El Duque

Gorgeous property in the old town. Clean, full of everything you need. Terese is extremely thoughtful, milk in fridge, coffee pods etc.

El Duque was a wonderful find. It’s modern, elegantly designed and furnished, spacious, and comfortable. It overlooks a quiet street, but only about a block away from bustling squares, restaurants, etc. The walk to the Alhambra is less than half an hour. And the hosts were very gracious.

Apartment had everything; coffee pods, croissants, tea variety, salt, sugar, all spices. Wasing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron. We were greeted with beer, cola and milk in the fridge. Very good beds, nice setup of the apartment. Located in the old town with possibilty to park only 100m from apartment. Each room has air-con unit which is great either for cooling or heating. Very clean too. Lots of bars, restaurants in the vicinty as well as shops.

Soudproofing from windows is poor as is the case with most apartments we have visited. Ear plugs will come handy on busy weekends when noise from the street can be loud. It is great to have a parking spot in the old town, however be careful if you will arrive in a large car. I was a professional driver of tours/taxis and I just barely managed to manouver our 4,7m SUV into the garage with only a few centimeters to spare. Small cars should be OK. Apart from these minor downsides it is an amazing apartment

Comfortable apartment, very clean and with lots of little extras in the kitchen including milk and butter sachets, coffee pods etc. In an excellent position very close to restaurants and cafes , but still very quiet. Wifi worked well.

Only issue was due to our poor map reading and google maps getting confused in the small one way streets took us a while to locate the nearby underground parking.

It was very convenient clean well equipped and great location
