Apartamento El Duque

Everything! The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable. It had every amenity you could wish for. The fridge was stock with beer , soft drinks, milk and butter. Lovely breads for breakfast and tea and coffee available.

Communication with the host was super easy and very friendly. Apartment was located perfectly, very close to the cathedral. Highly recommend this Apartment

Excellent location. The owner / manager made things very easy with clear instructions. There were many details that met our needs.

The double bed is dreadfully uncomfortable as others have stated. If two people are on the bed they will roll into each other and sleep on an angle. The foam mattress can make you feel warm as you sleep. Many people have mentioned this, it is time for the owners to change the mattress. We would return if this is done. Also, the shade in the other room does not block the light. When other apartments or bath light is turned on, it will shine through the shade. This is something that the owner can easily address. Maybe add a darkening curtain.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Teresa is a wonderful host - prompt and easy communication, free drinks in the fridge including beer and free coffee and breads. We would definitely book her place again for our next trip!

The property is right at the city center. All major attractions are within walking distance. So many restaurants, bars, cafes, etc … to choose from. The unit is very roomy for two of us and well stocked with very things you have at home. Coffee, tea, water, beers, juices were provided free of charge. I could go on and on and on about good stuffs from this property.

Perfect location, very comfortable apartment. Teresa was prompt with communication and very accommodating. Convenient parking and nice to have a lift for getting luggage upstairs.

The flat is really nice and very well equipped with anything one might need. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. We really appreciated that she let us keep our car in the garage a bit longer, after the check-out (As the next hosts did not have a car); that really made our life super easy!!!! The area is very nice and quiet, still surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants, just 2 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Top!

The double bed is very soft (not great for us, but this is a very personal taste/need), but we could sleep in the twin rooms, where the mattresses are much more solid. So, in the end, all worked out great.
