5 min to the Beach Holiday Shared Apartment - private ROOM in 3 bdr Apt

The location is really cool! Nearby is a great cafe Sea Joy, where you can treat yourself with super tasty Oreo waffles.

The apartment cannot be called well cleaned. Doors are dirty with stains, furniture is covered with dust, bathroom needs to be cleaned better.

The apartment has an excellent and very convenient location. It is a bit outside the center (around 20 minutes on foot), but only a 5-minute walk to a beautiful, clean and uncrowded beach with all necessary facilities. The street is quiet, parking is perfect, and everything around is very peaceful. Inside, everything is clean, neat and beautifully arranged. The apartment is spacious, with a large kitchen and living room, one bathroom plus an additional toilet, and a big balcony where it is very pleasant to relax. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and making coffee. Even with shared rooms, there is more than enough comfort and space for all guests. We especially appreciated how attentive the administration was — any request was handled quickly and positively. For example, when we found the pillows uncomfortable, the very next day we received new and bigger ones. We are very grateful for our comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

There are practically no minuses. We only felt some inconvenience because there was no supermarket nearby, so we had to drive for groceries. It would also be nice if the kitchen had some basics like salt and sugar for the first days, and new frying pans that don’t stick.🫣 After one spoiled scrambled egg, we preferred to have breakfast in cafés 😆.

It was really hard to get warm water to shower.

True to the photos and description, exceptionally clean and regularly cleaned during our stay, quiet location right by the beach. Wi-Fi was good enough to support three remote workers at the same time with no issues. Host provides a great information package with everything you might need prior to check-in. I did not have much contact with the host myself, but the people I shared the house with did and it seemed the host replied and resolved issues extremely quickly!

The shower could use a bit of refreshing, especially the curtain. However, this is a very small thing among all the positives.

Nothing was likeable it looked like an old building not clean from the main entrance to the apartment/flat inside was not good at all

Nothing of this place was worth it the money. We provided ourselves with the basic needs and cleaned and got our own toilet paper and not even 1 proper blanket to sleep under during the cold nights we stayed.

Extremely dirty in the bathroom!

The stuff was online and tried to help but not success with it.

Hello. On the second day of my stay, I was stuck in the elevator for half an hour, in the dark, heat, and without ventilation. I was saved after half an hour of expensive phone calls in roaming with the elevator service. The following 4 days the elevator to the 4th floor did not work. Also, in the name of the hotel and the description of the room, Netflix started working only on the 5th day, and on any other days, it broke down again. I followed the instructions of the support service for a long time, and this was repeated every day. Based on the above, I expect 25% compensation for 5 days of walking up to the 4th floor and non-working Netflix and an additional plus $ 25 for the cost of phone calls to the elevator rescue service.

It’s very good place, and the location is okay.

They have problem with the door and they have to fix it because you can’t open the door normally (is very hard). First time I stay outside that more of 5-10 minutes trying to open the door.
